Title: (COMMERCIAL) Combat Patrol (TM): World War II is now available through Sally 4th

Based on consumer demand and the generous help of Chris Abbey at Sally 4th, Combat Patrol(TM) is now available through the Sally 4th Website (http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Combat-Patrol) for customers in the UK and Europe.

This game will remain available from DriveThru cards for customers in the US (and elsewhere).

The cost of the game is comparable through either site; however, the shipping from Sally 4th to locations in the UK and Europe should be considerably better.

... and most importantly for us within the UK & Europe it avoids being charged import duty plus the flat rate £8 fee for the privilege of the post office collecting it from you!

Last Tuesday we had a truely international affair, when my friend Lasse from Denmark came to stay and we tried out Combat Patrol WW2 Skirmish game.

We have recently added a set of free to download PDF platoon organisation charts. These are a great resource for gamers wishing to get the correct organisation for their WW2 armies. Written by Buck Surdu, author of Combat Patrol they can be used for Combat Patrol, Chain of Command and any other Platoon level WW2 rule set. I've just got my copy of Wargames, Soldiers & Strategy - Issue 85.
Their is a great review of Combat Patrol by Eogham Kelly.

"these rules are very good, and the writer has presented what I think are one of the best skirmish systems that I've seen for a long time"

Designed as a player aid for Combat Patrol, WW2 Skirmish rules, each pack contains 15 70mm x 120mm cards printed on high quality matt-board. Packs contain a mix of pre-filled in squad and vehicle cards, so that you can start playing straight away, and blank unit cards that you can use for any other vehicles or squads that you want to field.

Wargames Illustrated Magazine have made a 4 minute play-through video that does a great job of illustrating how Buck Surdu's Combat Patrol rules work in action. It also features some nice shots of Sally 4th's range of 28mm Normandy buildings. Combat Patrol is available through Sally 4th and On Military Matters.
