Subject line says it all really. My Google-Fu has failed me, but I'm sure some minis company used to do alternate heads for 40K Attillan Rough Riders (also useful for Warhammer Kislevites) - you know, the guys with big furry hats and moustaches.
If anyone can point me to a source I'd be very grateful!

Why not use plastic Mongol heads?

Not quite what you're looking for, but I like the Puppetswar heads. How about Cossacks?

N.B. you might want to check the size if you go down this route before ordering. I assume they were made for space marine conversions, but ...

Fireforge steppe warriors?

If they're the right scale for heroic-scale models, and you know of a source, then absolutely!

And yes, it's specifically the hats I need :)

Have a butchers at these and if there are any specific heads on there pop an advert in the (WANTED) section in the Bazaar.
I am sure someone will be able to help you out.
