Splendid.... :o :o :o comme d'habitude.
-
Both are wonderful hard to pick
-
Wow, the market scene is unbelievable!! I have the seated figure behind the handcart, Perry's I think, it is so small and detailed I have no idea what to do with it and now I see this!!! :o
-
Alex - I am speechless. Superb :-* :-* :-*
Ollv - a very good and intriguing entry. I want to know what the story is to that scene!
Just a very unlucky pairing for you to start the league with.
-
Yes, sensational scene, Alex. Of course we want to see the complete manufacturer listing for the miniatures used! :D
-
Especially the pack mules, where are they from?
-
:o :o :o
The Market.....
Alex: I think that is one of, if not the best, LPL entries that I have ever seen.
Simply mind boggling.
:-* :-* :-*

Mostly Eureka and Perry. After that round I will post them on my blog and make references to the particular manufacturers.

A mule and a horse, both are Foundry.

Agreed, stellar job on that scene, Prof. Were all the figures painted just for this scene, or just the seated ones, with the rest being part of the scenery?

23 figures on this picture are newly painted, just for this scene, everything Perry and Eureka miniatures.
Part of the scenery (and previuosly painted) are the camels, the mule, the horse and a few Westwind miniatures on the right and on the left

Hello,
Wonderfull market !!! :-*
Nikko
-
Truel a splendid piece of art, Alex. :-*
Really exciting!
-
That is a huge undertaking for one round! I trust you will have some more toned down entries for the next 10 weeks? ;D

Ypou certainly seem to have packed lots into that scene Alex - what's impressive is that its all in focus as well and I don't think that's easily done
-
Stunning Market Scene.
ollv great job two but you are very unlucky to compete against what is probably the best entry of this round.
