Zenit Miniatures has released a skirmish samurai game called Torii (http://web.zenitminiatures.es/en/torii-the-game/), which is using their existing Kensei range. The rulebook can be downloaded from here (http://www.mediafire.com/download/fyv4r4ng41a4xxh/torii-en-1.0.pdf).
These are the four starter sets:

Those are very nice minis, never saw them before...
-
Wow, all of two ashigaru!
-
Has anyone read the rules for this? What do they think?
-
Nice minis - 28s?

Nice minis - 28s?
I'm curious about this too, these'd work very nicely for Bushido if they're 28mm.
-
Minis are 28mm and look good with perryi and northstar samurai`s.

Nice minis - 28s?
Jepp, I have a few of those and they size up nicely along Okko-minis, Red Box etc.
Used one of them for this conversion:

Thanks gents, looks like they'll be a perfect fit.
-
So no one has had a look at the rules yet? ???
-
You have my attention now, I have a large amount of Zenit minis at home, and now I have even more of a reason to take a gander. I did intend to use them for the Osprey game, Ronin. But perhaps I can use them in multiple games now.

New website with the free rules, info, etc. ..

Got me order yesterday, very fast. Great Miniatures. Great Service. Thank you.

A new box is coming for Torii - Hattori. And somewhere I read the 2nd edition of the rules is coming as well.
Anybody tried this game? Cannot find a proper review.

Well, it has ninjers...
-
Where are the female ninjas from?
-
The female ninjas are from Zenit miniatures, but they aren't released yet I don't believe.
-
A 2nd edition rulebook has been released for the game, only in Spanish right now, english version in a few months.

Would anyone happen to know if that limited edition mini shown there will be available with the English rulebook?
-
What are the main changes in version 2?

Very nice looking minis. :-*

Anyone seen that you can get the Rulebook through the Kensei Kickstarter at a discounted price of 15, with the preorder miniature?
I'm in for that and the Rulebook pledge, and there are some pretty nice stretch goals so far. Zenit have also said that most of their range will be available in the pledge manager at a discount, so I'm planning to use that to stock up on Torii :)
And they've also confirmed the Undead are currently being worked on - can't wait for that!
-
I've just backed the kickstarter too- rulebook level, but mostly so I can access the back catalogue at a discount, and get that taiko too ;)
-
Yeah, weirdly I'm more excited about the pledge manager than the campaign - they've said there'll be new releases, you can add (at a fee) any stretch goals that your pledge doesn't qualify for, plus there's the discount :)
Edit: 5 hours to go now, and the last stretch goal unlocked was a Rulebook stretch goal :)
