The Basementeers put on a L. Rampant game at the club last Saturday.

Very nice looking game.

Looking really nice! What did you think of the rules?

Thanks guys, these rules have simple and elegant mechanisms and were, for me , the stand out rules of last year. There are files , rosters and QRS,s to download on the forum set up to answer questions and share period variants . I,m looking forward to the Colonial version of them due out this year.

The rules are indeed great fun :)
We're having a little hiatus in our Haggis Rampant campaign at the moment due to us having a Lard day coming up at the club and we're honing the games but if you're interested you can read some of my AAR's here- never a dull moment with LR!:

Yes Darrell, I,ve been following and enjoying the posts on your blog. Our club was running a Dux Brit campaign last year based on the TFL rules. These L.Rampant ones have me thinking about a campaign featuring Cornwall,s Arthurian trilogy and using the maps from the books blown up and printed on graph paper. Derfel Cadern and his Wolf Tail,s may appear on the table as part of a retinue ...........
