How compatible are these 2 ranges in size for English civil war or thirty years war?  Where does perry fit in?

I've mixed Warlord metals, TAG and Perry in the same unit and been quite happy with the result. I can't speak for Warlord plastics because I don't have any.

TAG and Warlord mix quite well and both work reasonably well with Empress Miniatures although the poorer casting on Warlord figures might catch the eye a little. Hope this helps....

The best TYW range is the Hicks sculpts from Emil Horky and these fit well with Perry

From what i've read elsewhere the warlord/Perry/Horky and assault group minis can be mixed all being on the smaller end of the curve, foundry can be used alongside but quite obviously is a different scale if side by side, also warlord metals are slighter than the plastics, less chunky bases.

Also some of the older warlord stuff was sculpted by Paul Hicks.
