Title: Khurasan releases 15mm Timurids
Post by: Khurasan Miniatures on April 27, 2016, 05:42:28 PM
We are very pleased to release the first codes for our Timurid range in 15mm -- the core of this army, the Turco-Mongol Horse.  Timur-i Lenk, also known as Tamerlane or Tamburlaine, was quite a colorful character, picturesquely terrible, and his army forged one of the great empires of all time.  The armour and equipment of these models represents warriors from Timur's lifetime.

The codes are:

Timurid Guard or Tarhkan (hero) elite cavalry

Timurid Cavalry Archers (the bulk of the army)

Timurid Tadjik (ethnic Persian) levy infantry

More codes will be made, but gradually, at about the same rate as the Kofun range was updated.  Available now:

Those look awesome.   :)  I was thinking of doing a Mongol army. Will we also see unarmored horse archers?
