Title: North African Compound
Post by: Boggler on May 03, 2016, 09:05:42 PM
I finished this Timeline lasercut kit over the weekend for my Back of Beyond project, although it's supposed to be a North African style building. It's a really well designed kit and very easy to put together, although I made a minor couple of alterations here and there. At £16 it's a bit of a bargain, especially as it has lift off sections and an interior.

There are a couple of smaller adobe style buildings in the range too.

There are some more pictures on the blog

Nice building!

The very small windows on the outside, and the wall to protect the inhabitants from the view of passers-by, are accurate for traditional architecture in Muslim countries.

Very nicely done!

What did you use to add the adobe texture to the MDF without warping?
