I always enjoy your obscure research and scenarios. Nicely done.

Well, now there are figs, so no excuses for not jumping into an unusual but pivotal war!.......lol

Why let something like easy access to figures get in your way? Lots of stuff I've never even dreamt of doing appears under your name. Great stuff!

All the figures you see under my name Poles and Russians for 1830-1831 Hungarian infills and Honveds along with the Austrian can all be acquired via Steve Barber Models
Neil Thomas's rules for 19thC feature Poles, A couple of guys in South London Warlords have done large scale skirmish in 28mm for Hungarians , so I am not alone in my obscurity, all it takes is imagination, lateral thinking and surfing the net, part of the fun is also creating the terrain and buildings.

Some great vids Shipka, the thing i love about the Total war games is people research and add the mods to get the uniforms correct and regiments, you only have to look around the Total war forums to see how people have created these mods for Ancient shield designs ect.. great source of info.
The miniatures i will for sure be getting , at the moment i am painting up so many different periods and creating conversions my head is in a spin, got some Boshin miniatures around two years ago and only really began painting them, but i have always been interested in the 1848 Europe as it was a great time for wargamers which we seem to not really game.
Look forward to the miniatures.

The whole period of Europe inflamed from 1830-1866 has so much potential
