Sculpts by Kosta Heristanidis, with heavy weapons to follow soon.

The range also features a Stalingrad Children's Fountain with Russian and German casualties to populate it :

Fine looking figures.
Well painted.

They are indeed and the ones shown aren't even the full extent of the variations. There's a helmet and pilotka version for each pose.  I've just finished a platoon's worth, even though I'm not really a WW2 gamer.  Looking forward to the Maxims and anti-tank rifles.

They fit very nicely with Annie's female snipers btw.

For some reason the pictures are not showing up for me  :'(

Ooops now they are there - they do paint up very well

Figures look very nice.

Always seems really odd that they draw eyes on the photographs of the figures though.

The eyes are sculpted on the actual figures, which, if you look carefully at the painted versions, you can see. I have some here in front of me so I know they exist. I don't paint eyes myself, it looks weird at any distance IMO but they are there if you choose to.

Ok. They added them to the pictures of the AB 20mm figures, so I assumed these were photoshoped in too.
Don't think I've seen pupils sculpted on eyes before. I assume they are small holes?

The pupils are holes, yes.  Dunno what Nic does with the catalogue pics, I always assumed they were either ink wash scans or grey scale versions of painted versions. Point is that the detail you see on the photos exists on the actual miniatures.

I'm rather hoping Kosta will do some Russian tank crew in overalls and padded helmet that will fit the Rubicon kits and perhaps even the Empress one as well.
