We had a good game the other night,we used to play it a lot before SP2 came along.Shooting is deadly but you can tailor your choice of characters to match the scenarios,eg.shooty units, pick an NCO for their reload order, need to capture an objective quickly, pick a drummer for their extra move bonus etc.
How are you finding Donnybrook?
Excellent! I'm nicking that poncho :DNick away lol

Keith, I think it is only Lions Rampant with some period adds. I think the good old Triumph & Tragedy is the best solution. Maybe James Morris will agree with itYes Dirk it is a variant set I believe,I think Jeff has a copy of Triumph and Tragedy,I'll give them a read :)

Matthew Bickley :)
Romark, love this post. You've don't a beautiful job. You brought Boot Hill Miniatures to my attention, and as a result, today I ordered their General Santa Anna and servant, Male Civilians, Female Civilians, and Mariachi Band. Great looking figures. Thank you. Richard
Malamute, thank you. Looking forward to them.No problems, pleased you like them too :)
Romark, please forgive my typo in previous posting. I hope it is obvious that the "don't" was intended to be "done." Please consider it a result of old age. Once again thanks for the post and for showing me the Boot Hill figures. Richard

Excellent figures, Keith , full of character and you’ve painted them beautifully. I wonder how they measure up to the old Foundry Mexican range , I’ve got most of those .Thanks Colin,re the Foundry size, don't have any myself but if you visit the Boothill site they have a Gaming gallery section and lots of the Foundry minis are shown in play,so to speak, they look fine in my opinion. :)
