After doing a few games of Sharpe practice 2. we have decided to give them a go with ACW .
previously we had used them for 'The Boshin wars Battle of kyoto'. we presented it at Beachhead 2016 and Bovington tank museum earlier this month. my cousin done all the planning and the brilliant painting of the figures. buildings are from Oshiro buildings and terrain.
we found the rules worked exceptionally well. so hoping that they will work just aswell for ACW although will be quite a different experience because of the fact that there will be alot more terrain breaking up the field of battle.
we have already got enough union infantry and artillery. so it just leaves finishing off some units for the confederates like zouaves etc.
below you will find links to some photos of the boshin wars tables and also a link to pictures of the beginnings of our Confederate army and union army.
