I've been working on a town for my games in GHQ which would do service from the Seven Years War through to 1945. I've made use of buildings from Hovels, Ainsty and from railway model suppliers. This is the end result, near enough, though a few finishing touches are still needed ~

There are several entries over on my blog charting my progress if anyone is interested ~

Very characterful buildings David. As you say, useful for all sorts of eras...

A fine job Mr. B. you have made those venerable Hovels buildings come alive.
I look forward to seeing it in the flesh.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing.
I really like these Hovels buildings and have quite a few myself.

Mine are painted more somberly than yours but I might do some the way that you have for a change.
Cheers,
