Title: Lines of Wellington movie

I couldnt find any topic about this movie so i posted this.
A movie about the Lines of Torres Vedras where we can see the french, british and portuguese forces (uniforms) as well as the civilians working in the Lines and some squirmishes.
A good sorce of ideas.

I didn't think John Malkovich did Ole Noisy justice like Christopher Plummer, but it was mild entertainment. Someone once told me that there was a five hour version of "Waterloo" made which was cut down.  Has anyone ever seen it or know where it can be obtained or watched.

Yes, there was a longer version of Wateroo which included some of Quatre Bras and Ligny apparently. However, I'm told that there was a fire at the warehouse where the original film was stored and it was all lost. So we'll never get to see it. Damn shame.
