New off the workbench, a heavily-customized Reaper Bones model I'm calling Kermit the Froog.

Kitbashed from parts of the Toad Demon and some unpronounceable Numenera fig that I've been using mostly as a parts mine.

A big chunky model, larger than a Privateer heavy warjack/warbeast and barely fitting on a 60mm base.

Pretty versatile model, should work nicely as a dungeoncrawl Underdark beastie, alien xenofauna, a postapocalyptic mutant, or Mythos horror straight out of Innsmouth.

Really quite happy with this conversion, and the parts are fairly economical thanks to the low cost of Bones models.

Paint scheme's a bit basic but I think it looks okay. Probably try something more ambitious with the next one, since I sculpted a pair of them at the same time when I was testing the concept.

Nicely done! The basic paint scheme works well. Kermit has undergone a few changes since he split from Miss Piggy! :D

Ugly mof!
Dont want to met him in the midel of the night
aaaaaäh and not in daylight....
-
That is awesome!, :o I am in love with this monster! :-*
-
Fair play that's some scary stuff right there :o

"To eat up all our guest stars, that's what I'm here to do ..."
Effectively repulsive (in a good way).
-
It's beautifully horrible... bit in a sick/good way... :o :D
Simple paint + conversion = Excellent.

Fixes everything that was wrong with the Toad Demon...

Oh, I don't know, the basic Toad Demon is a nice sculpt as well. Not quite as froggy as you'd expect from the name, but not bad. Still, I've done enough of the stock model that making something new out of it is a good change of pace for me, and this was a particularly fortuitous conversion. Been looking for things to stick that squid-lamprey head to since I first saw it was a separate piece on that Numenara fig, and this was close to a perfect fit that only required a little putty for a smooth join.

It reminds me of when back D&D was trying to add all sorts of related companion/variant critters to go with their Mind Flayers.

Very nice conversion.

Plastic surgery wasn't kind to the aging star Kermit the frog....

Muppets don't age much.
Must get around to doing something suitable for a monstrous Miss Piggy.
