What scale are they?
I've got the same figures and i think they go fine with other 28mm ranges such Force of Arms.

Base colour is 5 to 1 mix of VMC German Camo Dark Green (or Extra Dark Green for a slight variation) and VPA USMC Tank Crew.
Add in more for the USMC Tank Crew for the midtones
Add in a little VPA USMC Tank Crew Highlight for the final layer
Webbing is the same but with VMC US Olive Drab as the base instead of the German Green
Everything then given a (very) dilute wash of VMC Smoke to finish off.
