24 Huron warriors painted for HuRhu and the big FIW game at BLAM next month (can't wait).
These are mostly Redoubt figures with (I'm pretty sure) a couple of Galloping Major sculpts included. For me they are a little more colourful than Mohawk because of the variety in war paint colours.
Firstly a couple of group shots.

And the close ups.

They look great Jeff :-*
I'm sure they'll be much appreciated by the Blam attendees :)
Cheers

I should have ordered Jeff's T shirt to be subtitled "Official Miniature Artist" lol

Thanks for the kind comments, looking forward to seeing these figures based up and in action.

Well done Jeff. I have all these Redoubt Indians myself. They are great figures. And that's a damn fine paintjob. You are blinking productive too! (Maybe I will have to commission you as well 8))
-
Wonderful work, Jeff. Ich think you became the FIW-Painter. Nice to see this "old" figures again.
-
I have to admit that when Jeff showed me his work in progress I was bowled over with the quality of the painting and his variety of warpaint. I think he has captured the Huron war party perfectly. I am one happy bunny.
With Jeff's permission I will be adding some photographs of the figures on this thread once I have based them. I hope they will live up to his standards.
Edit: Actually all the figures are Redoubt which despite some aging castings are still fantastic sculpts.

Not wishing to be picky, but I am sure I spy a couple of GM miniatures in there Gary... (I know, 'cos I've painted them too! :D)

Brilliant! :-* :-*

Very, very nice! I like your clean painting style. And the work on the blankets, too, is inspired!

Nice job. I like the Redoubt line. It mixes well with Galloping Major and Front Rank.
You can't have too many F&I War figures.

Thanks again chaps :)

10-15 figures a week is my limit Richard, I don't know if that's productive compared to other people's painting and having retired I'm living the dream lol.

Oldies but goodies Dirk, a couple of them need remodelling but most of them are still good uns.

They have just completed a raid on a British settlement and are off to enjoy the spoils of war.
Hope you like the finished article.
