Title: Malifaux Tengu painted up
Post by: Hobby Services on November 14, 2016, 10:13:52 PM
Latest Malifaux project, a trio of Tengu from the Ten Thunders faction.  Three different sculpts, one that would make a good mage or perhaps martial artist.

Another one as an armed warrior.

And a third as a bare-handed martial artist type, shown with an obsidian oni for scale (the tengu's on a 30mm base, and a bit shorter than a normal human in Malifaux, which claims to be 30 or 32mm scale IIRC).

Inexpensive birdman scheme runners, in some very nicely detailed plastic.  Unusually easy to assemble for Malifaux models, some of which can be a real nightmare mishmash of tiny parts.

They are great.

Can I ask how big they are?

The bases are 30mm diameter, and they stand a bit shorter than the average Malifaux human - but that range is more 32mm scale than 28mm, even "heroic" 28mm, so they're about man-sized in the latter scale.

Thats great - I was hoping they where 'larger than life'.

Thank you for the info.
