AFAIK, no.
And before someone feels obliged to offer something 'for private use', a PDF version of the full magazine is available here (https://www.karwansaraypublishers.com/shop/wss-magazine/digital-back-issues/wss-issue-82-pdf.html) for just under 3 Euros. Probably worth it. ;)
