Last year I put together a Hail Caesar sized Mycenaen Greek army to play some Trojan Wars games. I had a few units left to paint to finish the army, but got diverted to other projects. I recently bought some of Eureka miniatures new Dark Age Greeks. This gave me the impetus to finally finish off painting my army. These three figures are the last to be painted (3 on right). They are meant to be Odyseus, Telemachus and a royal guard, but I plan to use them as Menalaeus, Paris (converted to carry the bow shown) and Patrocles. The base on the left are some of my earlier paint jobs on Redoubt and Foundry figs.

Beautiful painting! I agree w your choice of Paris, as I've got the same mini pegged for that role in my games. Just has that needs-a-punch look about him... :)

I got them directly from Eurekas store in Melbourne. Nic is slow to update his website with all the new stuff he is doing, but is usually very helpful if you email him. Wargames soldiers and strategy had some pics of his new stuff

There is already soooo much to choose from for this period, scales and manufacturers. These new.Eureka fit perfectly with my Foundry and Redoubt. Really spoiled for choice.

Kind of my point, if people are paying attention.

I have a few pictures of the rest of my army I did for a Wargames Illustrated article. They are currently trapped on my laptop which won't connect to the internet. When I get a chance I'll show the rest, as I doubt WI will be using them.
