Wartime Miniatures have the best ones at present. Very nice sculpts with good detail.
After that are the old Foundry ones.

Thanks for the recommendations I'll check both out
cheers

I also recommend Early War Miniatures. Superior range and excellent service.

Actually the best range I think is from Mirliton

Just been looking at mirliton but the website seems to be having some issues

Do you model strictly in metal? There's lots of good plastic product available in 1/72:

For example.

I tend to prefer metal as I have gone off having to put plastics together, but I've also been looking at some one piece plastics in 1/72, its really the gluing together and posing I can't be bothered with anymore. As I have limited hobby time I prefer to get on with the painting than spend an evening trimming, sanding and gluing multi-pose plastics together.
Seems theres lots more options out there than I thought though!

You won't find any 1/72 WWII Italians which need assembly either in hard or soft plastic so it's not really an issue. There's certainly much better coverage of Italians in the last few years.
Re Mirliton: I don't know anything about their web site now, I must have got mine at least ten years ago. I first came across them in a small shop in Milan when on a business trip and then tracked them down online. If you are in the U.K. get them before Brexit!
