To be honest I have never been much for cardstock terrain, but this piece is very impressive! The thing that really makes this a fantastic piece is all the extra detail. The beds, the stuffed moose head, the tables with plates and such on them... That kind of detail would add hours and hours of sculpting and painting for a standard terrain system. Very impressive, and almost enough to make me want to buy this!
I mean, it even comes with a carriage and a car!

I've got to have this.... Such a mansion could easily be used for as well Victorian as Pulp... heck, even modern...

Looks great! If only they'd sell them already printed on cardboard sheets...

Has anybody ever build such a thing? It looks great but it also seems to be a lot of work.

i've built a lot of the WWG stuff though I haven't had time to build any of Shellandrak manor yet. They take a lot of time but are designed to be as easy as possible and the designers provide good instructions. I've never come across anything in their sets that I didn't feel I could build.

Chuck, have you bought the Manor? Can you tell me how many A4 pages have to be printed to build it completely?
-
Its modular so you can design the size and layout however you want. However, when I get home I will check how many sheets are needed for the "standard build" used in the instructions.

Ok...i just took another look at the files. Keep in mind I have NOT built the manor yet. i haven't had time and I haven't even printed anything other than some of the props.
There are so many different ways you can build this set, that its hard to tell how many sheets you would need to print. I'm guessing a minimum of 20-25 for a small one level manor with no props no no exterior ground tiles or fencing. Add a secnod level, more rooms, props, exterior ground tiles, fencing, etc you could be talking up to 100 sheets or more.
Sorry i can't be more specific.

Allright, thanks!
I just wanted to know because I certainly don't want to print them at home. I could print them at the copyshop but first I want to calculate how much this would cost.
