I really enjoy the LPL, it's an emotional roller coaster, the oft joy of seeing great paint jobs battle against other great paint jobs, the pity invoked in seeing great paint jobs stomp on lesser paint jobs, the envy in seeing mini's you own made oh-so-much-better than you managed and the occasional horror of seeing mini's you really like effectively ruined in your eyes forever.

A big thanks to all the competitors, it's a joy to behold, and an even bigger thanks to Captain Blood for running it. It must be hard enough to organise let alone to keep score and make all those posts so we might vote...

And a perfect summary of the nature of the league too :D

Truthfully, I'm only doing the receiving of entries and setting up the matches this time. Time consuming, but not difficult. Admiral Benbow is doing the difficult job of driving Westfalia Chris's ingenious algorithmic spreadsheet from whence flows the Swiss Pairing System match ups and the leaderboard...  :)

And of course we couldn't do any of it without the Prof setting all the right permissions and so on, behind the scenes... It's a good team effort.
