UK themed agents:-
(https://i.imgur.com/gczWAQt.jpg)
I see them as a tommy gun wielding Toff, his nephew (with tin hat and tommy gun), faithful manservant (with turban and sword) and two former privates who served with the character in his days as an officer on the Western Front and who he has now called on to hunt monsters

The Elder Things are paper models from
http://scarecrovv.deviantart.com/art/Elder-Thing-and-Investigators-143171250
I like them not just because they are cheap but because they stand erect on their legs and the model is modular so you can assemble them with different combinations of wings and arms furled or extended

Hahahaha! ;)
The elder things come from another dimension!!! (2D)

Spiffy looking figs, Mr Dezmond. :)
-
Nice job, well done.

Haha, that was a good one!

Nicely done Sir

Good to see some more Agents from Blighty.

Cultists!
For robe colours I intend to go with Classic Black for my line cultists and Red for leaders with High Priests in purple. Largely because those are the colours the cultists wore in Resident Evil 4
-
Gotta love them there robed fellas!

Kindred!
Representatives of the degenerate pagan tribes who have worshipped Yog Sothoth deep in the great forests of Britain since long before the days of Rome.
-
I like them!
:-* :-*
Where are they from?
And by that I mean manufacturer, not which woods do they hide in.....
:D ;)

Foundry Satyrs, which seemed appropriate for goatlike mutants of Whatley ilk. Eureka minis have some as well.

The do seem very appropriate as they are more 'human' in aspect than some.
A good choice.
They work well.
:)

I really like choice of figures. Even the paper Elder Things were a good one because they seem unreal. I like the background for your team. Loking forward to seeing more.

I genuinely think they are nifty. I made those ones years ago but I rebased and varnished them to go with the others.
See, elder thing miniatures used to all be sitting with their body on the ground with limp tentacles spread out around them:-

But these were standing erect on their legs which I thought was way cooler:-

And they have this pleasingly angry expression. And you can assemble them with any number of arms and wings so the kit is pretty versatile. They were the best elder thing minis available when I made them! Far more menacing and practical looking than any proper ones you could buy!
.
...
..
Well I liked them anyway.
-
Lovely paintjobs on the Threshold & Lurker minis - the card Elder Things are very effective.
-
I like the idea of satyrs as degenerate woods-dwellers!
Might have to borrow that for my nominally-English Civil War/17th C pulpish/Cthulhu-ish games, possibly alongside some of those fairly new GW Wood Elf (Sylvaneth, I think?) tree monsters that tempt me even though I've never owned a GW figure in my life...

Degenerates!

Or possibly regular cultists, or even less mutated kindred, depending.
The nameless cult of Yog-Sothoth grows!

Everyone on my newly felted regulation 2' by 3' Strange Aeons board:-

I LOVE that felted regulation board. So simple, yet so effective.
-
Lovely work, and superb felted board. :)
-
Yeah, the board came out pretty well.
It's a 2x3 bit of 12mm MDF (which I varnished because it turns out fresh MDF *stinks*) with a bit of S&A felt ( http://scenics.co.uk/#!/Felt-Cloth/p/18324166/category=3184359 (http://scenics.co.uk/#!/Felt-Cloth/p/18324166/category=3184359) ) (gently ironed under a tea towel to get out the worst of the creases) stretched over it using the technique described at:-

Another beast from the 2.5D lagoon awakens!

Fishmen!

These are from Crucible Crush, sculpted by the guy from Pulp Figures.
Lovely minis, if a trifle spendy, particularly once shipped to the UK.
I followed a recipe for painting Slann from Games Workshops 'How to paint Lizardmen'. Lots of washes and a yellow glaze over the top.
-
With some stat boosts you could easily have one heck of a "warband" featuring big, medium and small....
Love it,

Nice brushwork.
They have come out a treat.

‘Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the land dark creatures were stirring.

Luckily, Agent Kringle of the Committee for Festive Security is on hand.

Every year, at about this time, I consider getting some snowmen and doing a crimbo themed project of some sort......
::)
-
great painting throughout, and I love your paper / card beasties and buildings.

That mood always strikes me a little too late to get much done before the season is over. So this year in what for me was a remarkable bit of forwards planning I got these guys glued to bases and basecoated ready for painting in June and stuck them in a drawer for six months. :-)

That is the mark of a sensible man.
:)
The closest I got to festive modelling this month was this....
