I am finishing a set of 20,000 under the Sea miniatures using EOTD Nemo and Nautius crew, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a miniature that is close to the size of the Westwind miniatures and a good representation of Conseil?
Also looking to find some Atlantean proxies that the Altantean miniature in the Westwind set?

...a good representation of Conseil?
Something like Peter Lorre in the Disney movie? Seems close, though a bit heavier, to the images I'm finding.
Also looking to find some Atlantean proxies that the Altantean miniature in the Westwind set?
Like the 'Gremlin'-headed, cutlass-brandishing fellow? Or a deep one of a different look? Deep Wars is coming out with similar, though four-armed, fellows.
All-in-all, I'm no help at all.

The Shark Troopers from Old Glory's Super Figs Super Hero line might do for Atlanteans. I bought some awhile back for that purpose(haven't painted them yet):

I am wondering if anyone can identify the humanoid fishmen in this battle report:

Wow, for a sec, I thought I was close with 'converted Carnivale Rashaar', but, no. :(

Pretty sure he's the 'Atlantean' from Westwind's EOTD Nemo set.

Mantic has a new fantasy army that has tons of aquatic themed humanoid creatures.

Trident Realm of Neritica? (http://www.manticgames.com/mantic-shop/kings-of-war/trident-realm-of-neritica.html) News to me.
Several old Mage Knight figures to consider, Deep Ones being the ones I have the most of.

He mentioned that group in the OP; there are some other fishfolk in the images in the AARg that we can't figure.

Ah,I see. I did think that, but the most 'in focus' pics were of the Westwind fig. I can now see that there are other 'fishmen' but they are all quite blurry. :)

I should have mentioned that was for the fishmen in the background.

Quite, though I blame even more the awkward angles of viewing.
I tried to focus on the 'gaping maw' they seem to have, but even that seemed could be an illusion. ::)
Oh, had a look at my Mage Knight, and there's a fish folk more 'minion' than the Deep Spawn, which look feral, appear to be lunging, and when pulled from base, almost swimming. The Wave Spawn are upright, bearing polearms, and I've have suggested heads looking a bit like carp.
Davros: He understands, and thematically, perhaps all the fish folk were 'in the background,' 'tween Nemo and the British. 8)
Which doesn't assist you, but we ARE trying to figure them out, even if trying your patience at the same time. ;)

Those fismen are old unreleased Rogue Trader sculpt, they were released by Wargames Foundry some time ago, but they are now available from Warmonger Miniatures

Quite pricey though.

Thank you for taking the time to find these for me.
