How to post photos here?

Back when I frequented TMP I knew how to post photos. I post my photos online, like to my blog. Then right-clicked on the photo, copied the image URL and pasted that in my thread. I tried that here and just got a URL in my post. I'd appreciate any pointers. Thanks in advance.

When you post

there is a little icon above the winking and grinning emoji

when you click on it, it creates this (img) (/img)

You post your photobucket, imugr etc link between the two and fingers crossed it should work. Many of the photo sites will have the link for forums that you copy and paste directly which is another way to do this
