Page redirect?

I am getting a weird behavior where I click on a LA post and see what's essentially an ad board with a list of "related links."  It looks like the proper URL is being hijacked and redirected to this crappy ad page. Anyone else see this?

Reoccuring hi traffic issue. The Admins are aware.
