Reflections on 2017 and some new plans for 2018
« on: 25 December 2017, 07:06:25 AM »
It is Christmas morning and I have just put up a lengthy post on the blog, primarily to provide some new wargame content for anyone with time on theit hands, on a day when the internet is usually pretty quiet and it is for tht reason that the post is both lengthy and chatty - so, coffee time for those interested!

First Merry Christmas,
A very interesting blog post,
One thing I agree with you, with all the different scales,
very hard to stay with only one. ( I play in 28s)
Also with so many periods to play I feel am on overload.
What to play and what to paint.
As gamers do we have to much of a good thing?
Make a plan and stay with it,
But all the new shiny toys, its hard to stay on course.,
In the end, if you get enjoyment from the hobby,
you can't go wrong.

Norm, great post! There's so many aspects to this hobby it's difficult to decide which to do and be able to focus on the ones we've picked.

Thought provoking post Norm, familiar issues for many of us I imagine!

Too many periods in too many scales I totally sympathise with (even after 3 years of getting to grips with my own collections) and you are absolutely right, it is the associated scenery that causes the storage issues more than the armies.
