Maybe general earlier Renaissance civilian miniatures? Alternatively the (slightly anachronistic) Blue Moon Manufacturing 'Romanian Civilians' (from their horror range):

No kids though.

What class of people are you looking for?   Front Rank have some very nice Napoleonic civilians; two packs are quite well dressed and would be ladies and gentlemen (in this respect, Russians would not look very different from western Europeans), and two packs are in working clothes (though not peasant types) and look much more English or French than Russian.  No children unfortunately.  See here:-

No plan survives first contact with the dice.

I believe several manufacturers make Orthodox Priests (Westwind ?) Perhaps a search for them might turn up something useful.

Thank you all for the sugestions.
I´m looking for a more rural look on the civilians.

has.been, orthodox priests arent the miniatures i´m after though your sugestion might work.

Baron von Wreckedoften, thankyou for your sugestion. I already have all of them too. :D
I´m after a more peasant look.

Von Lucky, your tip on the renaissance ones made me think on the perrys civilians that might work with simple conversions. On the pipeline. :D

Khmorg, some pictures or link are on demand though i dont think i can hire your services. ;)

Old Glory have a pack of Russian civilians in their Cossack Wars range. Not bad figures by OG standards.

I can show my early work. In general, the question of peasants is not simple. The peasants of the southern provinces differed from the northern peasants (the southern ones were richer). ;)

Osprey can produce the goods sometimes - the five volumes on Louis XV's Armies and Ron Fields titles on the Confederate Army and I like the Chinese Warlord  Armies title.

I painted up the Old Glory pack for my blog. Here's a slice:

First of three entries here: http://flashman14.blogspot.com/2011/12/25mm-old-glory-cossack-civilians-part.html

I even did the dancing pack:

I'm guessing those bare-chested guys are the Russian equivalent of Geordies?

lol lol Those dancing guys are hilarious. Last year when bad Squiddo brought out a miniature of Teresa May I thought I had seen everything. But this tops it.  Love your painting Flashman!
