At least Brigade games makes one (two, actually): http://www.brigadegames.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=BGT. Shipping costs unknown.

Have you thought about making your own.
Not difficult to do.
Not to blow my own trumpet but this may help.

Costs a lot less than buying one. It only took me a few days as well.

One sub is in the WW1 category

One is in the WW2 category

I have shipped plenty of each around the world.

The WW1 sub (the smaller one) by itself is around $19 to ship to Great Britain with most countries with good postal systems the same. Italy for one will have to go registered which is another $10.80.  Russia must go Express Mail at a much greater fee.

The WW2 sub weighs a bunch more and is bigger. Because of the size it limits how much additional can be in the same order and still ship first class registered (4 pound limit). Cost to ship is around $38-45 depending upon the other items in the order.  It can be shipped flat rate priority mail for around the same cost but you will be able to get more lead in the parcel.

Just as a relative reference, I shipped 60 figs + small sub to Spain for around $38 which included the registered mail fee. (total order value around $200)

And yes, as per my shipping info page, the webstore typically will overcalculate and we adjust on shipping.
