Might just be me but the link seems to go to a Wikipedia page saying that they don't have an article on the invasion of Java!

I recommend The Conquest of Java by William Thorn. It's of its time, but describes a little known Napoleonic era campaign.

'Raffles and the British Invasion of Java' is also a reasonable source.

The Thorn book looks excellent though - I had a look at it on a bookstand last year at Colours and really regret not buying it.

I have, somewhere, got an order of battle, as well as unform references for the Dutch, Javenese etc.
