Aquarius ???

Hey all.

Im just wondering if anyone knows the webaddress for a company called ‘Aquarius’, All I know about them is that they produce some ACW Ironclads.

You see, they make a model of the USS Choctaw, by far my favourite looking ship ever, and I rather would like one to go with my Land Ironclad forces.

Nice looking model but I think you may have your work cut out finding one.

'Aquarius: A line of mainly sailing ship models, beautifully done but now out of production due to the death of its producer Andreas Prinz. Many are hard to obtain, long since out of production.'

The only other Choctaw I know of is from 'Thoroughbred Figures' in 1/600 scale.  It's nice but a slightly different take on how the ship looked.  Now that I've seen it, I would have preferred Aquarius' version, although it's in a much smaller scale at 1/1250, half the size of Thoroughbred's.

Ah, thanks archangel. Thats a real shame. Ive looked around a bit and all the models that I can find (Landon,Navwar) take the same design as that Thoroughbred one.

They just look a little less imposeing than the orriginal, ya know....
