Yes, but depends.
For the British, that info is widely available in other sources, though tropical kit (sun helmets, shorts, often shirt-sleeve order) was worn since the actions averaged about 85-degrees with regard to weather.
For the Turks, the figures available for other theaters are perfect.
The unique info, is what is provided for the Azeris, Armenians, Assyrians, Jangalis, etc. In reality, these troops appeared somewhat alike, so the same figures can be used for them. There is not much information available for these troops, but I cobbled together what I could find, aimed (of course) at the wargamer and what figures are useful for representing them on the tabletop.
