Did we lose the "modify" function?

Like the title says - we used to (like, last week, that is) be able to go in and modify posts, but the option seems to have disappeared.  Am I just not seeing it or is it really gone?  Been having all sorts of issues on various sites since the end of March, this is just the latest apparently.

No it's still here and working Infact just modified this post. Just to check it is.

That is really weird.  It definitely wasn't there when I started the thread, but now it's back where it always was.  Strange.  Still, things have been glitch for me on various sites all week.
