SoBaH Group fighter?

I am putting together a game for Song of Blades and Heroes.
Some of the figures are listed as Group Fighters. Yet, I can't find
this in the special rules. Could someone help me out and tell me
what are the Group fighter stats?

It's in Song of Wind and Water. It negates the negative effect of one outnumbering (so the first additional enemy combatant in any melee doesn't impose the customary -1 penalty).

Also I think it goes up in increments in ASoBH (so you can have a character who ignores more than one outnumberer).
