You need to find a picture-hosting service (I pay a small annual fee to use Imageshack).  Some blog software will do the job.  Get the direct url for the picture (an address ending in .jpg or .bmp or .png or similar) and then cut'n'paste it into your post, adding (img) at the start of the line and (/img) at the end of the line (replace the () brackets here with square [] brackets).

Try cutting and pasting that address into a post, but add the img codes at the beginning and end of the line.
