OPEX and other non US sites and thoughts

I picked up OPEX from Wargames Vault the other day;

I have google translated it into English but now need to go through and clean up the translation and show and define the original French terms. Looking for a reasonably fluent French speaker familiar with modern French military terms and preferably an owner already of OPEX who could correct my interpretations. If you think you could help please PM me.

In the same vein if anyone knows of French or other sites for modern wargaming, preferably with English options, please post links. I can always try google translate again if I have to but it always has "issues". Thank you in advance.
