Finials question

What colour are the finials on British Napoleonic flags?
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Pretty much all the ones I’ve seen modelled have brass / gold finials and gold braids with a few steel tipped “spears”.

Believe the cords and tassels were crimson and gold mixed. (from Men-at-Arms 78)
