Battletech: 5th Syrtis Fusiliers on Parade

The local game store was a Kickstarter backer and I was lucky enough to be there when they placed it on the shelf.  50 new mechs were purchased and they are either being added to old forces or creating new ones.

My battalion of Syrtis Fusiliers received these two new lances of mechs.  They had to turn in a company’s worth of mechs to get the new glorious sculpts.  They represented the most classic Davion mechs of Wave 2   





Here is the full “reinforced” battalion with their VTOL and air support.  Most of these were painted ten years ago.  I love Dark Angels green. 



Here the mechs all snugged away in their dropship berths until battle is called. 




I also have a pictures comparing old sculpts to new kickstarter sculpts over on the battletech forums.  I was not sure if there was interest in having a seperate post on LAF.
