I’m wondering how big these civilian power suits are. Does anyone have any that they can tell me how tall/ chunky they are or better yet a size comparison. I’m hoping they might even be convertible for a 20mm project...

Roj,
They are between 19 to 20mm high. I mounted mine on an
Extra 1mm card shim so as to make them look even taller. Bulkier than normal troops. I am planning to use them as power Armoured Void Miners for 18mm.

Really helpful to know, thanks. I think I might cut at the waist and insert a couple of millimetres of putty. If they are a little more bulky as you say, they should pass muster.

Welcome.
That should work. I did just that with 2nd edition space hulk marines to bring them to the height of the newer ones but they're plastic so easier to do.
I would suggest you cut the bases to the soles of the boots & then mount them on bases. Sort of thick soled magnetised boots. Then drill & pin. They are visually bigger then normal troops. Gzg power armour troops are all bigger which is why they are always packaged 6 to a pack rather than the normal 8.
I think this should work.If not they are quite nice minis to have just the same.

Thanks again. I hadn’t thought of adding some height to the boots. I only need one “ stretched” model, so the others will just get a paint job for use out on the 15mm Rim...

Do show pics how this goes.
Not into 20mm myself ( I definitely don't want/need another scale ) but it would be interesting to see.

I’ve ordered a pack, so I will be giving it a go in due course. However, it isn’t exactly what you are thinking. When it’s done I’ll be sure to post though
