2hr passages
« on: October 10, 2009, 04:18:56 AM »
Inspired by some work in the pulp forum (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=13474) I decided to create my own. They are based on cut 6" x 6" of chloroplast, much like another piece I have done. The chloroplast is from a recent run for office that ended in failure. At least I got some good scenery bases out of it. The blocks are Hirst Arts, the basic wall and floor molds. The slightly smoother floor is from the Roman mold.

They did really take about 2 hours to build, excluding casting time.

Both shots from my Flickr account. My gaming scenery thread - http://www.flickr.com/photos/7393803@N03/sets/72157619224597218/

Cool. I am not much of a dungeon crawler but HirstArts really seems to be the way too go should one make a dungeon.

Built a third piece, not yet painted, and added a group shot of the three to my flickr group (http://www.flickr.com/photos/7393803@N03/sets/72157619224597218/):

Nice finish very Egyptian/mid east, and lots of corners  to peep around for nasty surprizes or to take cover behind in a shootout.Good work
