At first glance at the lower picture, I thought the cunning
Japanese commander had mounted an artillery piece & crew
on the elephant... side saddle!

A.  Lovely game and photos.  Like your blog, too.  Huzzah for the Gurkhas... :D

B.  I'm with the good Mr. has.been on that pic.  It does indeed, at first glance, look like that gun is hanging from the side of that heffalump...I would imagine he might take offense to trying to fire it strapped to his side, though... :D
