The models are beautiful though. A shame that there is only one wearing armour (2 if you include the hero). The naginata would be easy to file into yari though or you could buy the metal pike length yari that the Perry's sell (but I can't seem to find them in their store).

For spears/yari, I can recommend thin wall brass tube.

Cut it to length, and then using something flat (such as the flat in a needle nose pliers) to pinch the end shut.  This creates the spear blade, and then you can file down the end to make it pointy.
