This is one of Reaper's plastic figures, a Gug, from the Mythos expansion they offered with a Kickstarter they did a few years ago.

I thing Gugs are actually supposed to be black, from memory, but I thought that would look a bit dull.

Very creepy and thus brilliant! I think all those descriptions are just from the CoC RPG and not from Lovecraft himself who was very vague (which made up part of the horror).

A friend (Zingara) gave me this last year. I got around
to painting it this week.
