Neumark Dragoons - what facings?

I had asked via the bazar for a Perry's Napoleonic Allied Cavalry Leaflet but unfortunately no one seems to have a spare one. I wanted it to determine (good enough for Perry Twins / good enough for me) what facings I should use on the Neumark Dragoons. Slowly (some would say glacial) creating the Prussian 9th Brigade at Dresden and these dragons were attached. So far found uniform plates with the facings as pink and light red whilst additionally seen a source just saying 'red'.

Can anyone confirm what they had please?

Thank you - that was one of the pink 'references' I found as well. I have just had a PM with the number of the Calpe Miniatures plate (N079) I need to get to have a definitive answer so I will buy that and see the answer

a darker Pink is just as likely the colour as a deep red, once they start to campaign and fading starts.  Even right out of the factory, the “reds” might well be on the pink side, knowing how dyeing and “economy” might enter into it.

Thank you Mick, sounds likely. Another reference book at a mates last night had 'light red' so will buy the Calpe plate although would still like to know what the Perry Twins put on their box leaflet if anyone can tell me please.

Nash (The Prussian Army: 1808-1815) has their facings listed as Rose, which could be a light red or dark pink as others have stated.

Thanks gentlemen, managed to get a still from an unboxing of the Perry's models and their leaflet says 'pink or light red'. So going with Rose from the Nash book and will use Old Rose Vallejo Model Colour 70.944 and will wave the quote below at anyone who objects!
