Irish Elk Megafauna
« on: September 12, 2023, 05:18:48 PM »
I recently finished painting and basing this lovely 3d printed model by paleo artist José Jorge Pereiro. It is Megaloceros giganteus, or the Irish Elk- extinct since roughly 8000 BCE.

Certainly a possible encounter for those lost world scenarios.

Cool, I am going to have to look up how big those things got.

Impressive looking beastie!

Have you got a picture of it with one of your ‘human’ figures included so the size difference can be seen?

Great figure!

Here is a size comparison with a standard 28mm Pulp Figure. One can also modify the size of an STL model in the slicer program to make it bigger if one wanted.
