What ? So Takeda lost because the other team got behind him? What about the Offside Rule? Where was the Referee?
Only a Portsmouth supporter could devise such a dastardly Victory Condition  lol

Calm down James. :D
Takeda won the game (most of the losses were Mouri)
It was the personal missions (chance to gain MORE honour) where Takeda failed (in his 3 point mission). Mouri succeeded (in his 1 point mission)
At least that was the decision after the referee (Me  :D) consulted VAR [Victimize All Rivals]  lol lol lol

Great looking game fellas.    For a minute I thought you’d invited Pudsey round for a time, but I see it’s only Bob!

So my honor mission was to get a unit to within one move from the oppositions baseline at the end of the game.
I massed two samurai units, lead by myself at the front, on my left wing, with the intention of outflanking my opposition.

These forces successfully rushed the bridge.

Whist making good ground on my left, my central unit took on the mad monks.

All hell insured, as we battled the monks.

On my far right wing, my mounted samurai were attacked by foot samurai.
Goodness knows what happened, but my boys left the field in disorder.
Anyone want to buy some “unused” horses ?  lol lol
Before….

After….

In the centre, I just tried to absorb more enemy troops, to distract them from my sweeping move on my left.

Talking of my left flank, I was going like the clappers, hiding behind buildings and running thro paddy fields.

The enemy were able to get an archer unit, to try to intercept me, but I managed to get within that one move to the enemy baseline…mission complete, BUT when I turn around, I’m left thinking”where’s the rest of the army gone ?”

Good fun game, played as ever in the right spirit, and hopefully I’ve been able to sort out has.beens tech issues.
Thanks again Pete for hosting.

Thanks Ian (Westbury) & Syrinx for the compliments.
