Apols for taking this slightly OT but i'd be interested in info on Afghans (Regulars and Militia) for the 2nd Afghan War - 1900 and in particular on figures. i want to expand my tribes

This thread is very interesting.... I wonder if Empress or anyone of that ilk might be interested in doing the mini's? I know the Empress Jazz Age Imperialism range is set well beyond the Third Afghan War but you never know, they would be unique and probably a decent seller.

The Empress stuff is set bang in the 3rd Afghan war.  Hence the captured mortars, HMGs and Lewis guns.  I agree some militia and regulars would be good
