I usually notify my attorney and they handle it.  A Cease and Desist from them normally does the job.

Yeah, this happens. He should have credited you and a link to your blog would have been nice. Two people used my Anglo-Sikh War stuff passing it off as their own. I have no idea who they are and I don't think it is worth my time chasing them.

In your case you do know who it is so a note saying you require a credit for the use of your work wouldn't be amiss.
