Patrice, love the idea of incorporating tides into a game - I can add that to a variety of games.  As to those sailors in this thread, maybe they were just there as part of game setup. Otherwise something is seriously amiss - either that gray 'warship' is stuck very hard aground or the sailors really are walking on water!  :o. [water have to be far too deep for tidal wading for that ship to dock there - unless in the Bay of Fundy or something similar.]

That's a nice water front set up and I like how the town peters out into jungle.
